When does the biller receive my BPAY payment?
Our systems export out BPAY payouts on an hourly schedule.
The cut off for BPAY payouts is at 5pm on business days according to Melbourne/Sydney time.
If you initiate your BPAY payout before the cut-off time then you can expect the BPAY biller to receive the payment on the next business day in most cases.
If you initiate your BPAY payout after the cut-off time then you can expect the BPAY biller to receive the payment on the business day after next in most cases.
How can I request a return (error correction) for a BPAY payment I made?
Zai does not support initiating requests for returns/error corrections.
If a BPAY payout has been made, the payer will need to get in touch with the biller in order to rectify the issue as both the payer and the biller have the relationship and agreements in place for the services being provided.
