Resolving BPAY Payout Errors

How can I request a return or correct an erroneous BPAY payout?

Zai does not support requests for returns or corrections of BPAY payouts.

If a BPAY payout error occurs, you will need to contact the biller directly to resolve the issue, as the payer and biller have the agreements and relationship in place for the services being provided.
